Returns Policy
We want you to love your painting. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us before shipping any item back, as returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted.
Custom and made-to-order paintings are final sale and cannot be returned, as they are created specifically for you. If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Made-to-order and custom paintings require additional production time, typically 2–4 weeks. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
