SHIPPING POLICY
- All items listed on INVIN ART are FREE ground shipping.
- Free Shipping Policy only applies to Continental U.S.A.
- Orders shipping from U.S. domestic warehouses will be processed within 1 business days.And there is a 48 hour processing time on oversea orders that does not included weekend days.
- Items will not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on Friday after 12am EST will be processed on Monday.Orders may have delay during holiday peak season.
- Once the order is shipped,delivery will take 2-5 business days from U.S domestic warehouse,or 4-6 business days from overseas warehouse.
- Since the FedEx Ground does not ship to a PO box address, please leave your actual commercial or residential address when you checkout.Please be conscious of your shipping information because we do not credit buyers for charges applied to packages that are refused, returned, lost, or abandoned by the carrier due to an incorrect address(initiated by the buyer).
- Contact us immediately via our message system if there is a problem with your shipment, our customer service repswill be happy to assist you. If your package has been damaged in transit we will file a damage claim on your behalf and replace the item once the claim is approved.Please understand that we have no control over delays incurred by carriers once the package is out of our hands.
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time.
RETURN POLICY
- At INVIN ART, returns are easy! We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact Customer Service to process your return.
- You may return goods purchased from us for a refund or an exchange within 30 days upon receipt.
- In order to solve your problem quickly and effectively ,please contact us for a RMA( Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning your items. Each RMA will be valid for 15 calendar days after it’s issued.
- Return shipping fee is paid by the buyer .And the returned items should be received unused, undamaged and in original package for a full refund.Please don’t place stickers or shipping labels on the item’s original packaging.
- When items’ delivery are refused, we will deal with this situation as a special return. Since the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, these expenses incurred by the buyer will be deducted from your refund.
- After we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
- We apply refunds to the PayPal account associated with the order. In our experience, it may take 2-3 business days for PayPal refunds to clear. We will be very appreciated if you can write down your return reason. If you have any question regarding return policy, please feel free to contact us.
